Today is a sad day for the maritime industry, marking the passing away of Captain H. Subramaniam. Legends never die and his contributions shall be remembered through his teachings, his books and the countless people he trained. The Shipping Tribune fondly looks upon the time Capt. Subramaniam graced our conference. He addressed the particularly important subject of Improving Maritime Education in India. His wisdom will forever be invaluable to every life he touched.
