About Capt. Manish Jain
Capt. Manish Jain is the Chief Operating Officer for Womar Logistics Pte Ltd. Capt. Jain joined Womar in June 2009 as Head of Operations and was appointed as Director in 2010 prior taking over as Chief Operating Officer in 2020. In addition, Capt. Jain is the current Chairman of the International Parcel Tankers Association (IPTA) and represents Womar on the board of Singapore Management University.
From 2007 to 2009, Capt. Jain served W-O Marine Pte Ltd Heading Operations, Legal & Insurance and taking care of Corporate and Legal compliance. He spent 15 years at sea rising to the rank of Master with OMCI and later W-O Shipping Group including time served onboard Oil, Chemical, LPG and NGL ships.
Capt. Jain has held number of senior management roles ashore specializing in integrating Joint Ventures, mergers & acquisitions covering all facets of commercial shipping, developing new business streams, newbuilding supervision, personnel management, procurement and fleet management.
