About Capt. Jaideep Dhamankar

Capt. Jaideep started his career as a direct entry cadet with Ravenscroft and continued to sail with them till he became Chief Officer. He has vast experience of sailing with several reputed shipping companies like  BP and Eurasia. He  took up shore job in the year 2006 as Marine Superintedent with Eurasia (presently known as BSM). He also served some well known organizations like Scorpio and Varun shipping. He served Varun Shipping as General Manager looking after the complete technical operations of Gas and Oil tankers. Presently, he is with MTM Ship Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Director/Country head. MTM has its presence in India for last 7 years and the company has been sourcing only manpower from India. Since September 2015 , MTM Shipmanagement  started with technical operations from Mumbai. Currently, the company is managing a large fleet and has a good mix bag of vessels consisting of Oil, Chemical, Gas, Bulk and Containers.
