About Mr. Satish Kumar
Mr. Satish Kumar is the Managing Director of Dockendale Ship Management since September 2011. He is a marine engineer and started his career in the year 1980. In 2017, he completed MBA in International Business. He has extensive experience in ship management, operations, maintenance, drydocking and repairs. He is known for his leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating subordinate staff into teams to achieve their objectives. His vast experience includes managing Bulk carriers, Product carriers, Crude oil careers, Pressurized Gas carrier &, Refrigerated Gas Carriers. His illustrious career includes sailing as Chief Engineer in Anglo Eastern Ship Management where his career progressed through the ranks of 5th to Chief Engineer. It is because of Marine Engineers like him that Indian Marine Engineers command respect in global shipping fraternity today.
