After cracking the prestigious IIT-JEE in 2000, Pallav joined ISM Dhanbad for Mining engineer  but he later moved into prestigious T.S. Chanakya, Mumbai, earning a degree in Marine Science . Pallav embarked on his professional journey as a marine engineer, sailing on tanker vessels with globally renowned companies such as D'Amico Tankers, Genmar Shipping, and Great Eastern Shipping. These experiences provided him with an in-depth understanding of ship operations, safety protocols, and global maritime trade.

Transitioning to Corporate and Expanding Horizons

Eager to expand his impact, Pallav pursued an MBA from the esteemed SP Jain School of Global Management. This academic pursuit marked a turning point as he transitioned to onshore corporate roles with leading organizations like Maersk Logistics, Cargill, Louis Dreyfus, Scorpio Tankers, Norvic Shipping, and Sivabulk. His roles spanned diverse areas, including chartering, commodities trading, voyage optimization, decarbonization strategies, and physical trade operations. This breadth of experience equipped Pallav with a 360-degree view of maritime and trading workflows, from vessel operations to freight forwarding and beyond.
