As a qualified master mariner, started career in Shipping & worked in various Shore based Senior management Roles from 2003 to 2010 in top tier Shipping companies and handled key portfolios encompassing technical and commercial right from the beginning and held pivotal positions in the respective companies.

While at the Pinnacle of Career as a Director in Emarat Shipping, a leading UAE based ship owning company, gave vent to the entrepreneurial call in 2010 and officially launched the maiden venture called Aethon Marine Services in 2011 and successfully established it as one of the leading risk management companies globally in a short span.

Established several successful companies in Shipping & Trading under the Aethon umbrella and also triumphantly forayed into diverse sectors like Real Estate & Information Technology.

Led each company through various stages of growth, from startup to market leader. Developed and executed strategic plans to drive business expansion and profitability. Built and nurtured a talented team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Played a stellar role in establishing brand Karma which was recognized among the real estate visionaries in UAE during the Ultimate Realty Awards in 2024

Set up real estate bridge finance company and operation in UK. Instrumental in increasing the Real estate revenue in year 2014-15 to over 1billion AED.

Philanthropy Profile

Capt. Pradeep hails from an influential land-owning community in India and traditionally known to contribute towards upliftment of socially deprived and the needy. Following the traditions, Capt. Pradeep has been helping the economically backward community in several ways. He firmly believes in educating children of weaker sections of society will have a cascading effect of uplifting the whole family from the economic backwardness and thereby building up a vibrant and self-sufficient society. Towards that end his contribution to various organizations which provide free education to poor children is phenomenal. Another area of his focus is to support the organizations in India which provide financial assistance to the families in the low-income group towards the marriage expenses of their girl children. Getting the girl children married is the uphill challenge faced by low earning families in rural areas and the contributions towards this assuage the burden of such parents to a large extent.

True to the saying that the right hand should not know what the left hand gives, Capt. Pradeep maintains a low profile when it comes to giving back to society at large. His personal trait of giving is injected into the corporate culture of the various group companies built by him.
