Mr. Vijay Handa has studied MBA (Marketing), is an M.Sc in Shipping from World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden and an MICS.
He worked in SCI between 1980 and 2003 in various capacities and Departments con¬cerning Bulk Carriers & Tankers Operations/ Chartering etc
He had a 3 years stint on deputation from SCI to Oil Coordination Committee, Ministry of Petroleum between 1987 to 1989 overlooking Crude oil logistics for PSU refineries situated on West / East Coast of India.
Mr Handa served RIL from 2004 to 2019 and was Senior Vice President- Shipping, in charge of Char-tering activities of Crude Oil/Clean/Gas Tankers.
His current position is President – Shipping in Saigal Sea Trade
