About Capt. Vijay Nicodemus

Capt. Vijay Nicodemus is a seasoned maritime and logistics executive with over 30 years of global experience across Shipping, Port Management and Operations, Marine operations and Bulk cargo logistics. He leads end-to-end operational execution of projects with a strong focus on African mining supply chains.

He is known for improving operational efficiency, strengthening asset utilization, reducing costs and delivering reliable high-volume cargo performance in demanding environments while maintaining strong safety, compliance and service standards.

Leadership

Capt. Vijay has extensive leadership experience across Africa and international markets has been improving efficiency, resolving problems and establishing reliable and efficient systems and SOP’s. He has experience in managing all levels of operations and projects. Unwavering in pursuit of safety, excellence and mission accomplishment.

He has led improved operational reliability and supported business development through strong client and stakeholder engagement, coordination with subcontractors, authorities and operational teams.
