U.S. Consulate General Mumbai Honored 27 Indian Shipping Companies on 22nd August, 2019. The felicitation was held at U.S. Consulate General Mumbai.

AMVER awards were started in1996, it is one of the most valuable International award for the remarkable rescues at sea. It generally recognizes the "rescue of the year" by a ship participating in AMVER. It is a nonprofit making charitable body, which is completely about saving lives at sea, and to boost the importance of safety at sea along with the other maritime and aviation organizations.     .
